OMNIX does not grant copyright rights in films, episodes, or subtitle files. OMNIX does not unlock DRM and does not supply access to the underlying movie or stream.

Intellectual-property complaints

If you are a rights holder and believe material processed or stored through OMNIX Subtitles infringes your rights, send a notice including:

• your name and contact details;
• identification of the work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the material and where it appears in OMNIX (organization, job, or URL if known);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• a statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Notice-and-action

OMNIX will review complete notices and may disable or delete the identified tenant material where appropriate. Repeat or clearly abusive notices may be rejected. This procedure is a contact and action channel; it is not a determination of all legal claims.
