OMNIX Subtitles is a subtitle-processing service. It can generate, translate, store, and deliver subtitle files that you submit or that you select from a permitted source. These terms apply to the OMNIX Subtitles product operated by OMNIX.

Nature of the service

OMNIX processes subtitle text and, where you upload media, authorized audio or video for subtitle generation. OMNIX does not grant copyright rights in films, episodes, or subtitle files. OMNIX does not supply access to the underlying movie or stream. OMNIX does not unlock DRM, bypass authentication, or scrape third-party streams or other Stremio addons.

User responsibility

You are responsible for having the rights, licence, or other legal authorization required to submit, select, or process subtitle and source material through OMNIX. Account-level acknowledgements do not replace per-job confirmation and do not create blanket authorization for every future item.

Accounts

You must keep account credentials confidential and ensure that people who use your organization account comply with these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law. You remain responsible for activity under your organization.

Stremio

The optional Stremio connection publishes subtitle files that already exist in your OMNIX organization, including translations OMNIX created from a permitted source. OMNIX does not provide the film or episode itself.

Limitation

These terms describe the service. Acknowledgements and checkboxes are evidence of notice and acceptance. They do not create absolute legal immunity for OMNIX or for you.
